This update makes NextGen feel at home on every device you own.
📱 Mobile & tablet — fully adapted. True fullscreen, touch-friendly controls, swipe up/down to change channels, Picture-in-Picture when you leave the app, and a new ZOOM button to fix streams with the wrong picture format.
📺 TV fixes. Channel switching with the remote in fullscreen works as it should again, the picture format button now works on all TVs, and the screensaver shows real title logos — just like the big streaming services.
Plus: clearer account info, smoother updates of movie and series artwork, and many small fixes throughout the app.
NextGen also runs on older devices from Android 7.0 — but on very old boxes we can’t guarantee the full experience. A certified Google TV box is always the best choice.
