Over the past two weeks we experienced service disruptions after one of our servers stopped responding. NextGen has a failover system, but it had never been put to the test before — every server has run flawlessly since launch. Previously, a disruption like this would have forced you to log in manually on another panel. Not anymore.

Failover now works exactly as it should, which we have been able to confirm since the affected server is still down.

Faster updates

As the amount of movie and series data has grown significantly, updates have become heavier. So we have split them up:

Under Settings → EPG you choose how often the EPG updates. Under Settings → PPV Sport you can enable a list of today’s sports broadcasts in chronological order. Movies and series always update automatically in the background.

We apologise for the many updates lately — they were necessary to fix a critical issue. The new version is now released and we hope it resolves the problems. Thank you for your patience!
